The word Murder and culpable homicide basically related with each other murder includes culpable homicide ,but a culpable homicide may or may not amount to murder .A case is of culpable homicide is to be considered murder if is fallS within the four circumstances under section 300 i.e MURDER
1.An act by which the death caused is done with the intention of causing death .This situations is basically related with omission i.e.illegal omission .according to Oxford dictionary the meaning is " A failure to do something " In a particular case where the parents neglact to proivde proper substances to their children although repeatedly warnd of the consequences and child dies ,it will be murder .Motive as well as intention is essential elements in murder.
2.with the intention of causing such bodily injuary as the offender knows to be likely to cause death
This situation is basically9 (a)There is intention to cause bodily harm
(b)Where the offender knows such bodily injuary or harm may resulting to death
3.Injury sufficient in the ordinary course of nature to cause death -meaning is that two things need to be proved :(a) the injury is intentionally inflicted
(b) the inflicted injury is sufficient in the oridinary course of nature to cause death of any person
4.knowledge of imminently dangerous act means if any particular act is done with the knowledge that death might be the probable result without any excuse for incurring the risk of causing death or injury
as is likely to cause death ,the offence is murder.Again dangerous action must have an intention to cause specific bodily injury to any person e.g. Furious driving or firing at a target near the public road .
